Returns & Exchanges
You can purchase from us with complete confidence. Our range is selected from major toy and gift suppliers. We choose quality items, which with normal use, will give many years of service to you and your family. However we realise that occasionally things can go wrong, so we are happy to provide you with normal manufacturer's warranty on ALL items we sell.
If the goods are faulty, PeeDee Toys will pay the return freight cost, but if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be liable for the return freight costs and the original delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Exchanges can be arranged where the recipient already has the item or there has been a change of mind. If you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased, due to a "change of mind", this can be done by returning the item within thirty (30) days of you receiving it. You will be liable for the return delivery costs and shipping charges for any alternative item(s) selected. The item should be in original condition with all packaging intact.
In either circumstance, please contact us either by email or phone 03 9041 9231. We will advise you as to the procedure for returning items to us or resolve any other concerns you might have. If necessary, we may provide you with a Return Authorisation number. You should pack the items to be returned and include your original purchase receipt. Refunds, where required, can be arranged and normally take around seven working days to process from the time we receive the goods.
You may also return any items personally to our office, if this is more convenient for you. If you have any queries at all please don't hesitate to contact us.
